1. Nature of the Executive Partnership

ResumeCraft provides advanced algorithmic diagnostics, semantic optimization tools, and dedicated recruitment consulting. The User acknowledges that these are success-enabling instruments, not hiring guarantees.

The User expressly agrees that hiring decisions remain the sole, final discretion of prospective employers. No part of the Service shall be construed as a guarantee of interview procurement, job offers, or salary increases. Any failure to secure employment or specific career advancement following the use of the Service shall not constitute a breach of this agreement, nor shall it entitle the User to any legal retaliation or civil remedy.

2. Strict Refund & Chargeback Protocols

To maintain the integrity of our executive consulting pool, we enforce a rigorous refund policy based on professional accountability.

All sales of Services, including subscriptions, one-time professional upgrades, and recruiter-led rewrite projects, are final after forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of initial purchase. No refund requests, regardless of circumstance or perceived outcome, will be entertained after this period.

Prior to the 45-day threshold, refund eligibility is strictly contingent upon the User providing verifiable proof of professional effort, defined as no fewer than forty (40) unique application receipts matching the optimized document strategy. The Company reserves the sole right to audit these receipts for authenticity. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first following this protocol will result in the immediate and permanent termination of all career data access.

3. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeCraft, its officers, partners, and recruitment consultants shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, suits, or legal fees resulting from the User's professional conduct, misrepresentation of career history, or failure to secure specific roles. This agreement constitutes the final and complete understanding between the parties, and the User waives any right to participate in class-action litigation or civil suits relating to career outcomes.

4. Intellectual Property & AI Models

All semantic architectures, document templates, and proprietary AI-driven rewrite models are the intellectual property of ResumeCraft. Users are granted a limited, personal license to use these artifacts for their own job applications.

Redistribution, commercial resale, or the use of automated scrapers to extract our career success secrets is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted as intellectual property theft.
