Life360 is seeking a Staff AI Builder (AI Native Mobile Engineer) to join the newly formed Family AI Lab. In this role, the lines between engineering, design, and product blur fast. As a design-oriented builder, you possess a strong aesthetic sense, real opinions about product feel, and the ability to turn a loose idea into a tangible, clickable mobile prototype the very same day. Operating like a zero-to-one startup inside Life360, you will work directly with design, product, and the founder to shape an intelligent operating system that families rely on daily. You will build and test prototypes for critical user surfaces including maps, widgets, Live Activities, voice, and proactive in-app moments. We are looking for an exceptional self-starter who thrives without traditional specs, operates on founder hours rather than office hours, and possesses a huge desire to win. You will also aggressively use AI tooling and orchestrate agents to maximize development velocity.
