Sr Software Engineer

Flybridge Staffing is actively seeking a Sr Software Engineer to join a reputable and growing healthcare organization in Boca Raton, FL. This is a hybrid position where you will play a critical role as a Senior or Lead Software Engineer focusing on a highly scalable Payment Platform. The platform manages large-scale funds flow between patients and physicians while serving as the core system of record for contracts, pricing, and billing. You will be responsible for rebuilding the payments integration layer from the ground up using clear, repeatable Azure cloud-native patterns. We are looking for a builder who defaults to code and is highly proficient with AI coding tools like Claude Code and Copilot to drive an agentic, AI-first engineering culture. Strong experience with Azure, TypeScript, React, SQL, and Infrastructure as Code is essential for designing the target-state architecture, building production services, and bridging legacy systems. You will design and implement event-driven, real-time pipelines replacing batch syncs, define CI/CD pipelines, and ship the payments roadmap. Requirements include a BS in Computer Science or related field, over eight years of shipping software at a SaaS company, and deep cloud-native experience.
