Software Engineer

At Figma, we are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team in San Francisco, CA, in a hybrid work capacity. In this full-time role, you will design, build, test, and ship high-quality features across the stack using technologies like TypeScript, React, Ruby, Go, C++, Python, and PostgreSQL. You will own key parts of the product that directly impact user experience, internal productivity, and revenue operations. We need someone who can seamlessly collaborate with cross-functional partners in product, design, data science, support, and sales to shape product direction and solve complex technical challenges. Operating and monitoring the systems you build is essential, with a strong focus on reliability, security, performance, and an exceptional user experience. You will also contribute to our team culture by mentoring peers, providing actionable feedback, and helping foster a collaborative and inclusive engineering environment. The ideal candidate will bring 4 or more years of professional software engineering experience, a track record of shipping complex systems to production, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with B2B SaaS, developer platforms, Stripe, Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, or WebAssembly is a major plus. Figma offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $153,000 to $376,000, along with equity, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement contributions, parental leave, a work from home stipend, and generous PTO.
