Software Engineer

Glimpse is the leading AI platform for CPG brands, automating critical back-office workflows like deductions management, revenue recovery, and cash application. We are seeking a talented and driven Software Engineer to join our team in New York, NY on a full-time, on-site basis. In this full-stack role, you will have end-to-end project ownership, developing and maintaining robust front-end and back-end applications from inception through to production. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. As we scale our AI agents that retrieve data, validate charges, and dispute invalid claims, your work will directly shape the next-generation operating system for major consumer brands. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of full-stack development experience, exceptional coding skills, and a proven ability to ship high-quality code quickly. Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and Next.js is required, along with experience building with large language models (LLMs).
