Software Engineer (AI Agents)

We are seeking several extremely talented Software Engineers to join our core team on-site in San Francisco, CA. In this full-time role, you will build the next set of AI features and autonomous agents at Pylon, rapidly iterating and deploying based directly on customer feedback. You will take true end-to-end ownership over improving the quality, reliability, and performance of our AI capabilities across a large product problem space. Working within a high-autonomy environment alongside senior engineers from companies like Samsara, Affinity, and Airbnb, you will minimize meeting time and maximize shipping high-quality code. Our modern stack includes React, Golang, GraphQL, and AWS, and you will naturally integrate these systems to build solutions utilized by over 1,300 top-tier tech companies. The ideal candidate possesses strong engineering fundamentals, thrives with deep autonomy, enjoys working in-person, and can project manage their own work seamlessly.
