Software Development Engineer

As part of the Digital Experience organization at Adobe in San Jose, CA, you will contribute to building next-generation B2B marketing cloud solutions in a full-time, high-performance environment. This team is focused on developing innovative products, services, and workflows that power modern marketing experiences. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems using modern technology stacks. You will take full ownership of end-to-end feature development, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and performant code throughout the entire software lifecycle — including development, testing, automation, and delivery. Collaborating closely with architects, product managers, and multi-functional engineering teams, you will participate in agile development processes and leverage AI-powered tools to enhance development productivity. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 3 or more years of industry experience in software development. You must demonstrate a strong foundation in software engineering best practices, including unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, build automation, object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms. Adobe offers an competitive compensation package with a base salary range of $148,500 to $214,950 for California, along with eligibility for the Annual Incentive Plan and long-term equity awards.
