Nurse Practitioner

Firefly Health is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide extraordinary virtual primary care with expert clinical skills and an empathetic approach. In this remote role, you will be at the heart of our clinical team, delivering comprehensive virtual care across geographies to manage a broad range of conditions, from chronic disease management and preventative care to acute episodic care. You will collaborate closely within a robust multidisciplinary team alongside primary care physicians, registered nurses, and health guides to optimize the physical, mental, and financial wellbeing of our patients. Responsibilities include acting as a champion for evidence-based clinical approaches, maintaining high patient satisfaction, managing timely documentation, and participating in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 patient access to care. This position requires an active multi-state Nurse Practitioner license, national certification (FNP or ANP), and an active RN compact license, with a preference for candidates holding 5 or more state licenses. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years of primary care experience, strong technology proficiency, and a collaborative mindset to build the future of tech-enabled advanced primary care from a private, HIPAA-compliant home office.
