Nurse practitioner/Physician Assistant (APP) - Family Medicine

MultiCare Health System is seeking a dedicated Nurse practitioner/Physician Assistant (APP) - Family Medicine to join our collaborative, patient-centered care team in Kent, Washington. In this full-time role, you will deliver comprehensive population-based primary care services focusing on prevention, chronic disease management, and health promotion for a diverse patient population. Working a balanced schedule of four ten-hour day shifts, you will manage direct patient care, conduct complex health assessments, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and prescribe medications across the lifespan using evidence-based guidelines. You will collaborate closely within a multi-specialty group alongside physicians, registered nurses, and pharmacists to optimize community health outcomes. This role leverages advanced practice technologies including Epic EMR and AI clinical assistance, with each provider supported by a dedicated medical assistant to ensure peak efficiency. Ideal candidates will maintain active Washington State licensure, hold a current BLS certification, and possess a strong commitment to health promotion, quality improvement, and delivering compassionate care.
