UI Design Engineer

The BCI Applications Team is seeking an experienced UI Design Engineer to conceptualize, prototype, and ship novel computing interfaces for Telepathy.app, software that enables paralyzed individuals to control devices via thought. This role operates at the intersection of neuroscience, machine learning, and interface design, requiring you to navigate complex constraints—such as neural structure and bandwidth—to build fluid, magical user experiences. You will own the full design lifecycle from initial conceptualization through to production, collaborating with domain experts to refine interfaces directly with study participants.
