errorCritical ATS Scan Risk

The Algorithmic Gatekeeper

Securing this high-compensation $72k – $141k position as a Secondary Math Teacher in the Education & Private Schools sector is a major opportunity. However, standard applications stand less than a 2% chance of survival.

At this compensation tier, automated Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) filter out 98% of candidates before a human recruiter ever sees their file. This is due to two critical checkpoints:

report
Semantic Weight Mismatch

The ATS parses your resume for context-specific keyword density. If your background description is not written with the specific terminology and exact semantic weights expected for a senior Secondary Math Teacher in the Education & Private Schools space, your application is auto-rejected.

report
Algorithmic Salary Gap

Premium target salaries like $72k – $141k trigger highly aggressive filtering. The system checks your profile for specific leadership achievements and P&L ownership verbs. Lacking this high-value phrasing signals a "salary gap mismatch," causing the system to automatically filter you out.

How we help: ResumeCraft optimizes your profile's semantic alignment and eliminates the salary gap indicators. We ensure your resume matches the exact mathematical expectation of the ATS, bypassing the automated blocks to place you directly in front of the hiring managers.

Our institutional partners typically prioritize profiles referred via verified partner credentials, completing initial reviews within 72 hours.
