Model Designer

As a Model Designer on the Core Models team, you will shape how our models interact with and resonate with users, striking a balance between maximizing model capabilities, understanding user intent, and upholding trust. You will define new human-AI interaction paradigms by collaborating with researchers to design model behavior, partnering with product teams for a cohesive voice, and identifying creative strategies for collecting high-quality data. This role requires exceptional taste, creativity, and writing skills, alongside the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and translate user feedback into model improvements.
