About the job

Beast Industries, founded by Jimmy Donaldson (MrBeast), is building a first-of-its-kind consumer membership ecosystem from the ground up. As the Lead Product Designer, you will be one of the first foundational hires responsible for shaping the visual and experiential DNA of a platform targeting over 100 million users. The product is a highly interactive, gamified ecosystem involving active participation, real-world value integration, and a creator marketplace. You will lead the design end-to-end, partner with the Director of Engineering, and eventually build and mentor a design team.
