The Sandberg Goldberg Bernthal Family Foundation (SGBFF) is hiring a Design Engineer to support initiatives including LeanIn.Org, LeanInGirls.Org, OptionB.Org, and the Dave Goldberg Scholarship Program. This role acts as a hybrid designer and engineer, owning product experiences from research and design to production code. You will lead end-to-end design processes, evolve design systems, and develop responsive front-end experiences. The position requires 3+ years of experience across design and engineering, proficiency in Figma and modern JavaScript frameworks, and working back-end proficiency.
