Design Engineer

Rillet is an AI-native ERP driving a zero-day close for high-growth companies. We are looking for a Design Engineer to define product craft by sitting at the intersection of design and engineering, owning the full arc from visual concept to shipped product. You will evolve our design language, build out our design system, and translate brand direction into a cohesive, high-quality product experience. Key responsibilities include driving platform refreshes, prototyping in code, and identifying design-to-code workflows that can be automated or agentized. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional taste, deep curiosity about the web as a medium, strong product instincts, and frontend fluency, particularly with React.
